Vibe Coding: Tale of the First Earned $ORNG

The Day George74 *(Woodworker, Old as F***), Earned His First $ORNG with Vibecoding. Presenting Orange Tic-Tac-Toe!

11th of October 2025 — Legendary Timeline

13:52 — Read the Orange Intern blog about Jack and his Vibecoding achievement.

13:53 — Made my wife laugh by saying *“I wanna be like Jack.”*

13:55 — Found the Orange Credit Template on Vibecodinglist.com.

13:57 — Read the written tutorial.

13:58 — Found a YouTube video explaining the process step by step.

13:59 — Decided that video > reading.

14:01 — Ran the Orange Credit template on Replit and added a database.

14:04 — Whitelisted my app on the dev portal.

14:05 — Pasted my Orange ID and API credentials.

14:08 — Followed the video tutorial to set up the Credit system on the dev portal.

14:10 — Tested Deposit and Spend + decided on the $ORNG ↔ Credits ratio.

14:14 — Copy-pasted a prepared prompt that turns this Replit template into a real app.

14:18 — Gently patted my Replit screen for doing such a great job.

14:21 — Uploaded the background, orange, and banana images, and asked Replit to swap them in.

14:23 — Deployed the Orange Tic-Tac-Toe app to the world wide web.

14:26 — Whitelisted the deployed link on the dev portal.

14:28 — Announced to the world: My game is LIVE!

14:29 — Made my son play it — he sent 1 $ORNG to my wallet to get 10 credits (1 credit = 1 game).

14:33 — Snapped my fingers in front of my face and said: “Told you so.”
